From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two houses across the street. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and state that many ladies in the house do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have two replies. One, I'm male, and two, you don't understand the half of all of it. I think it's time I provided you a total image of our street and individuals who survive on it. It will can be found in helpful later on. It's a very small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then beside that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this site is the separated house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
