I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many individuals would disrupt me now, and state that the majority of females at house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 buildings in all). Then last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy cope with their 2 teenage boys. They remain in their late 30's.
