With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and state that many women in your home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this site is the detached house where Steve and Mandy deal with their two teenage kids. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
