November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who walk past your house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and say that most ladies in the house do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have two replies. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this website is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage children.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her husband and remains in the procedure of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time. I'm John (28 ), and I live with my mum Chrissie (45) and papa Bob (52 ). Next along are some beginners. At this time in November, I didn't understand their names, so-called them Dick and Helen to myself. Of course, whenever I spoke with them, I used terms like a neighbour to bridge this gap in my knowledge. They were a couple, in their late 30's, early 40's, and they appeared to keep themselves to themselves. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City. I never ever talked to him, although what I'm about to tell you, so this is the last time I mention him.
