November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her husband and remains in the process of moving.
