After cigarette smoking almost continuously when the depression embeded in, I started to see the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I began to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females set about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past your home. I began with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat.
