We have a no smoking policy in our house, imposed on the bulk (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). This indicates that whenever we want to smoke, we have to stand at the back door. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two houses across the street. After cigarette smoking nearly constantly when the anxiety set in, I started to see the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would disrupt me now, and state that the majority of ladies at house do what I do, stop and chat with the other ladies. Last on this website is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
