We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a 2nd thought. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these women went about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would disrupt me now, and say that most women in your home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have two replies.
