We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a reservation. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. Up till September, I had been just like you. I had absolutely nothing to do, no place to go, and loads of time to kill. I began to get depressed.

We have a no smoking policy in our house, implemented on the bulk (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two homes across the street. I began to choose up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past the house. I began with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
