We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a 2nd idea. Setting off to work every day, concerned more about what I was going to do with the day rather than what my neighbours would be up to. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After cigarette smoking nearly continually when the anxiety set in, I began to observe the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females set about their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and say that most females at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other ladies. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
