I began to select up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the home. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of individuals would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of ladies at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other ladies. It's a very small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this website is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage boys. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
