After smoking cigarettes almost continuously when the anxiety set in, I started to notice the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their everyday routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many individuals would interrupt me now, and state that most females at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other females. I never spoke with him, despite the fact that what I'm about to tell you, so this is the last time I discuss him.
