We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a 2nd thought. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I typically stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and say that many women at house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and after that next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Then last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy deal with their two teenage boys. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. She recently separated from her hubby and is in the procedure of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I haven't introduced myself yet, so now would be a good time. I never spoke to him, although what I'm about to inform you, so this is the last time I mention him.
