We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a doubt. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up till September, I had actually been just like you. The first couple of weeks were great I. managed to get all the little tasks that pile up done. Then in the third week, a malaise began to creep in. I had nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to eliminate. I began to get depressed.

We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, imposed on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of two houses throughout the street. I started to choose up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and state that most ladies in your home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and two, you don't understand the half of everything. I think it's time I offered you a total photo of our street and individuals who survive on it. It will come in helpful in the future. It's a very small street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
