We all accompany this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a second thought. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. We have a no smoking policy in our house, imposed on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 houses throughout the street. I started to select up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who walk past the house. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat.
