We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our home, imposed on the majority (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mother). This implies that whenever we want to smoke, we need to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After cigarette smoking nearly continuously when the depression set in, I started to observe the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to detect when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their daily regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would interrupt me now, and say that most women at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. I have two replies.
