With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past your house. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would disrupt me now, and state that a lot of women in your home do what I do, stop and chat with the other women. I have two replies.
