With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and state that most ladies in the house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have two replies. On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
