We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a 2nd thought. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of individuals who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. It's a really small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this site is the detached home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage boys.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's home. Next is our home. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
