We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a reservation. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to kill. I started to get depressed.

We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our home, imposed on the majority (me & my father) by the minority (my mother). This indicates that whenever we want to smoke, we need to stand at the back entrance. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of two houses across the street. After smoking practically continuously when the depression set in, I started to notice the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to pick up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Many people would interrupt me now, and state that a lot of females in the house do what I do, stop and talk with the other women. I have 2 replies. One, I'm male, and 2, you do not understand the half of it all. I believe it's time I provided you a complete picture of our street and individuals who live on it. It will come in useful in the future. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then beside that is. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their 2 teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her husband and is in the process of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I haven't presented myself yet, so now would be a great time. I'm John (28 ), and I deal with my mum Chrissie (45) and papa Bob (52 ). Next along are some beginners. At this time in November, I didn't know their names, so-called them Dick and Helen to myself.
