After smoking cigarettes practically continuously when the anxiety set in, I began to see the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females tackled their daily routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hello and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of people would disrupt me now, and state that many ladies at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other females.
