We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a second idea. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I typically walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and say that the majority of women at home do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then beside that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always first with any chatter. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Then last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy cope with their two teenage kids. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She recently separated from her husband and remains in the procedure of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has 2 pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our house. I have not presented myself yet, so now would be a good time. I never spoke with him, despite the fact that what I'm about to tell you, so this is the last time I discuss him.
