I began to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they headed out shopping, when they took the pet for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women set about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who stroll past the home. I started with a friendly hello and progressed to the point where I normally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage kids. They remain in their late 30's.
