We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a 2nd thought. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women tackled their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the people who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hi and advanced to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. A lot of individuals would disrupt me now, and state that many women at home do what I do, stop and talk with the other women. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited house, and then next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is constantly very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish woman in her 60's. Then last on this website is the removed house where Steve and Mandy cope with their two teenage sons. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we begin with Linda's house. She just recently separated from her husband and remains in the process of moving. She remains in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen children Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I haven't introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time.
