All of us support this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without offering it a doubt. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up until September, I had actually been just like you. We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our house, enforced on the bulk (me & my father) by the minority (my mom). This means that whenever we wish to smoke, we need to stand at the back door. From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 houses across the street. After smoking cigarettes almost continuously when the depression embeded in, I started to discover the comings and goings of the people in the street. I started to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies went about their day-to-day routines.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who walk past the home. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would disrupt me now, and say that the majority of ladies at home do what I do, talk and stop with the other women. It's a extremely small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a big Irish lady in her 60's. Last on this website is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage children.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our home. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
