We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a 2nd idea. November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who walk past your house. I began with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I generally stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. It's a very little street, 8 semi-detached houses and 1 removed (that's 5 structures in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and then next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a big Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked someplace in the City.
