From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. After cigarette smoking practically constantly when the anxiety embeded in, I started to see the comings and goings of individuals in the street. I started to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden. With absolutely nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would find myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these ladies set about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. The majority of people would interrupt me now, and state that many women in the house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. I have 2 replies. On the right-hand side of the roadway, we begin with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City.
