We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without providing it a doubt. Here's where I vary from the rest of you. Up until September, I had been similar to you. We have a no smoking policy in our house, enforced on the bulk (me & my dad) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 houses throughout the street. I began to select up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with the majority of the people who walk past your house. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always very first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Then last on this site is the removed house where Steve and Mandy deal with their 2 teenage children. They remain in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the road, we start with Linda's home. She recently separated from her spouse and remains in the procedure of moving. She is in her mid 30's and has two pre-teen daughters Emma and Becky. Next is our home. I have not introduced myself yet, so now would be a great time. I'm John (28 ), and I cope with my mum Chrissie (45) and dad Bob (52 ). Next along are some newcomers. At this time in November, I didn't know their names, so-called them Dick and Helen to myself. They were a couple, in their late 30's, early 40's, and they seemed to keep themselves to themselves. Last on the row was a chap who worked someplace in the City. I never ever spoke to him, although what I'm about to inform you, so this is the last time I mention him.
