We all go along with this, moving through the days, weeks, and years without giving it a doubt. Here's where I differ from the rest of you. Up till September, I had been just like you. In the 3rd week, a despair began to sneak in. I had absolutely nothing to do, nowhere to go, and loads of time to kill. I began to get depressed.

We have a no cigarette smoking policy in our home, implemented on the bulk (me & my father) by the minority (my mom). From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 homes throughout the street. I started to select up on when the mums walked their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the pet dog for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with many of the individuals who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hey there and progressed to the point where I generally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most individuals would disrupt me now, and say that the majority of ladies at home do what I do, stop and chat with the other females. It's a really little street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 separated (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a vacant home, and after that next to that is. Next up is Graham's home, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's home, she's a huge Irish female in her 60's. Last on this site is the separated home where Steve and Mandy live with their two teenage kids.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's home. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
