From here, you can see the entryway to our neighbour's home and the fronts of 2 homes across the street. After cigarette smoking nearly constantly when the anxiety set in, I started to discover the comings and goings of the people in the street. I began to pick up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the regular times and I would discover myself unconsciously having a cigarette when these females went about their day-to-day regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past the house. I began with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I usually walk down to the garden gate and have a chat.
