We have a no smoking policy in our house, imposed on the majority (me & my daddy) by the minority (my mother). From here, you can see the entrance to our neighbour's house and the fronts of 2 houses throughout the street. I began to choose up on when the mums strolled their kids to school when they came back when they went out shopping, when they took the canine for a walk, and when they sat in the garden.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the individuals who stroll past the house. I started with a friendly hi and progressed to the point where I usually stroll down to the garden gate and have a chat. Most people would interrupt me now, and state that most females at house do what I do, chat and stop with the other women. It's a very small street, 8 semi-detached homes and 1 detached (that's 5 buildings in all). Down the left side (as you stand at the top of the street) there is a uninhabited home, and after that next to that is. where Jody lives. She's a 70 odd-year-old widower, who is always first with any gossip. Next up is Graham's house, he's in his 50's. Next is Sheila's house, she's a huge Irish woman in her 60's. Then last on this website is the removed home where Steve and Mandy deal with their 2 teenage boys. They are in their late 30's.

On the right-hand side of the roadway, we start with Linda's house. Next is our house. Last on the row was a bloke who worked somewhere in the City.
