I started to detect when the mums walked their kids to school when they returned when they went out shopping, when they took the dog for a walk, and when they beinged in the garden. With nothing else to do, my mind filed away the routine times and I would discover myself subconsciously having a cigarette when these women went about their everyday regimens.

November, and by now I'm on speaking terms with most of the people who stroll past your home. I started with a friendly hey there and advanced to the point where I normally walk down to the garden gate and have a chat.
